Personalized Neurology Care

Neurological symptoms and diagnoses can be complex. Our consultations provide dedicated time to review your history, relevant medical records, testing, medications and concerns, and to develop a personalized neurological assessment and plan.

What a consultation includes

Time to get it right.

A first neurology consultation is typically 60 minutes, preceded by physician review of the records you share. You leave with a written assessment you can read and share with your other clinicians.

!

Sudden weakness or numbness, trouble speaking, facial drooping, loss of vision, the worst headache of your life, or a first seizure are emergencies. Call 911 — a virtual visit is not the right door.

  • Comprehensive neurology consultation by video
  • Second opinions on diagnosis and treatment
  • Medication review, including over-the-counter and supplement use
  • Medical record review before the visit
  • MRI, CT and report review in plain language
  • Neurological education for you and your family
  • Care coordination with your treating team when appropriate
  • Laboratory and imaging orders at a facility near you, when indicated
