Brain Health & Healthy Longevity
Your brain is shaped by many of the same things that shape your heart and overall health. We combine neurological expertise with evidence-based habits around sleep, movement, vascular health, nutrition, and stress.
The 7 Pillars of Brain Longevity™
Every plan we build is grounded in these seven areas, so nothing important gets overlooked.
The Brain Health Blueprint™
A comprehensive physician-led assessment: an extended video consultation with Dr. Al-Habib, cognitive screening, and a written, prioritized plan.
- 01Understand your brain. A full neurological and cognitive review with time to talk.
- 02Identify your risks. Vascular health, sleep, medications, and family history.
- 03Build your plan. Clear, practical steps across the seven pillars.

Questions about brain health
What does a neurologist actually look for when assessing brain health?
We look at the things that predict how the brain ages: vascular risk factors (blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose), sleep quality and sleep apnea, physical activity, hearing, mood, alcohol, medications that affect cognition, family history, and any early symptoms. Then we put them together into a single picture, which is something no individual lab test can do.
Can cognitive decline be prevented?
Not all of it, and no one can promise that. But large studies estimate that a substantial share of dementia risk is linked to modifiable factors such as blood pressure, hearing loss, physical inactivity, diabetes, smoking, depression, social isolation, excess alcohol and poor sleep. Addressing those factors is the best-supported strategy we have for lowering risk and preserving function.
I feel healthy. Is a brain-health assessment still worthwhile?
That is exactly when prevention works best. Vascular changes in the brain accumulate silently for decades before symptoms appear. Knowing your risk profile in your 40s, 50s or 60s gives you time to act.
Do you recommend supplements or peptides?
Our recommendations follow the evidence, and the evidence for most supplements in healthy adults is weak. Where a deficiency exists (vitamin B12, for example) we treat it. We will always tell you honestly what is well supported, what is promising but unproven, and what is marketing.
Is the Brain Health Blueprint™ a one-time assessment?
It can be. Many patients complete the Blueprint once and take the plan back to their primary care physician. Others choose a follow-up visit to review progress and updated results. Either way, you keep the written plan.
