Questions before booking
Hours
Virtual visits are offered on weekdays, with some early-morning and evening times for people who work. Available times are shown live in the scheduler.
Service area
Patients must be physically located in Texas at the time of a video visit. Educational family sessions and professional services are not restricted by patient location.
Sudden weakness or numbness, trouble speaking, facial drooping, loss of vision, the worst headache of your life, or a first seizure are emergencies. Call 911 — a virtual visit is not the right door.
Professional inquiry
For medical record review, case consultation, peer review, expert consultation, deposition or trial testimony, please contact us with a brief description of the matter, the jurisdiction, relevant deadlines and the nature of the engagement. We will respond regarding availability, conflicts, scope and fees.
