Why this practice exists
Traditional healthcare often gives patients limited time to discuss complex neurological concerns. This practice was created to provide a more personalized model, one centered on careful neurological thinking, education, prevention and long-term brain health.

Neurology the way it should be practised.
Dr. Al-Habib spent years as a neurohospitalist, covering multiple hospitals and seeing patients at the most acute moments of stroke and neurological illness. Later, as a teleneurologist, she saw how much good neurology could be delivered at a distance when the time and the records were there.
Two lessons kept repeating. First, most of what eventually brings someone to a neurology ward was visible and modifiable years earlier. Second, patients and families rarely got enough time with a neurologist to understand what was happening and why.
Neuro Longevity Care is the answer to both: a direct-pay, primarily virtual practice with longer visits, genuine record review, prevention at its core, and an evidence-based approach to brain health and healthy longevity.
“Most of neurology is listening. The scan comes later, if it comes at all.”
Alla Al-Habib, M.D.

Evidence-based. Personalized. Physician-led. Long-term.
Evidence-based
Recommendations follow the best available evidence, and we tell you plainly what is well established, what is promising, and what is not supported.
Personalized
Longer visits and genuine record review mean the plan reflects your history, your risks and your priorities.
Physician-led
You meet with your neurologist, not a rotating team. The same physician reviews your records, sees you and writes your plan.
Long-term
Prevention is a relationship, not a visit. We build plans meant to be followed and reviewed over years.
